APM were tasked with identifying a suitable brown field site, undertaking initial feasibility studies, producing architectural design proposals, space planning and landscaping to create 54 self-contained apartments. Maximising the use of the plot, APM gained the greatest number of units for the Client and successfully secured full planning consent for the 47,500ft2 scheme.

As Planning Agent, APM liaised heavily with numerous local authorities to ensure that the proposed scheme was acceptable for all parties and would be award full planning consent.
