Residential Refurbishment Project
Dating back to the 1700’s, APM were responsible for the full conversion of this Lake District cottage. APM Design services included, space planning, selection of internal finishes, provision of detailed drawings, procurement and management of local Contractors and budget management. APM worked to sensitively restore the cottages numerous historic features whilst making it fit for 21st century family life. APM increased the number of bedrooms from 3 to 4 and the number of bathrooms from 1 to 4, whilst creating a generous open plan kitchen adjacent the large living room which is packed with traditional character.
