APM were commissioned to carry out the full architectural design of this impressive new build unique property in the exclusive Emirates Hills area in Dubai. The brief was to create a unique residence based on a diamond shaped footprint with an interior set over 3 floors. The design brief included the creation of a detached guest villa, landscaped gardens & feature swimming pools.
